En. Lee telah membina sistem peperiksaan Sijil Peperiksaan Bersepadu (UEC) untuk sekolah menengah swasta Cina. Beliau berperanan penting dalam proses memprofesionalkan sijil tersebut dan mendapatkan pengiktirafan antarabangsa untuk sijil kelayakan ini.
Mr. Lee was the one who set up the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) examination system for Chinese independent high schools. He has professionalied the certificate and paved way for this qualification paper to be recognized world-wide.
