LLG Cultural Development Centre and LLG Perak Liaison Committee launched “Chu Xin” (Initial Intention) – The Drama Tour of the Chinese Independent High School Movement on 29th February and 1st March 2020 at The Hall of Shen Jai High School, Ipoh.
There were 2500 students from Poi Lam High School, Yuk Choy High School, Tsung Wah Private Secondary School, Hua Lian High School, Institute of Teacher Education and public watching the drama. The drama finished up with a fundraising total around RM200k.
The grassroots supported us to make the drama. The story of the scene also represented the grassroots supported the rise of the Chinese Education Movement.
We hoped that the next stop of “Chu Xin” (Initial Intention) – The Drama Tour of the Chinese Independent High School Movement would be coming soon. By bringing the sprit of Lim Lian Geok, we would start the new Long March of Chinese Education.
